For brands 6–12 weeks out from a launch or major milestone (a new product release, seasonal push, new market, or big partnership).
You have a deadline and one shot to make a first impression. This package gives you what you need to enter your launch window with a clear strategy, a confident voice, and hands-on support where it matters.
This is where we see brands fail. You have been working towards your goal of opening your restaurant/bakery or launching your product. You have done all the behind the scenes work, but you’re not ready with your story. You don’t know what to do if a journalist comes in without announcing themselves and fast tracks the attention sooner than you anticipated.
Let us take that work off your plate so you can continue to focus on what you do best. We’ll take care of the rest.
What's included:
Brand & Story Audit
Core Messaging & Talking Points
Opening & Launch Campaign

Most launch coverage is won or lost in the 6 weeks before you go live. This package is built around that window, so you're not scrambling when the requests start coming in.
Post-launch coverage is almost if not more important, we will work together to either set you up to do it on your own, or find a way to work to continue supporting your hard work.

A media dinner is one of the most effective tools in hospitality PR — when it's done right. We handle everything from concept and guest list curation to run-of-show, talking points for the table, and a follow-up strategy to convert attendance into coverage. You focus on the food and the hospitality.
We’re on-site day of and during the event to make sure that everything is executed flawlessly with your team. We will assist with attendee follow up, develop a recap with visuals, data, content capture, etc.

We work with restaurants, pop-ups, wineries, artisan food makers, culinary nonprofits, and event organizers.
-
We know hospitality inside and out, with years of experience in both back and front of house. We’re also Bay Area natives, so the local context we bring is firsthand.
As a small agency, you’ll work with the same team throughout our partnership. That means we get to know your story and how to tell it well.

Public relations doesn’t come with guaranteed sales numbers, and we will never promise you a number we can’t back up. What we do promise is full visibility: pitches sent, placements secured, and unique monthly visitor (UMV) tallied. We also put in work that is harder to measure but just as critical, like facilitating media reservations and building new partnerships. These efforts don't always lead to coverage right away. But they build the relationships that make future coverage possible, and that's exactly where our experience shows.

It depends on the scope of our work together. For à la carte services, we meet at the start of the project, then collaborate over email as we go. Retainer clients meet with us every other week and get priority response time.
